The England international versatility is seen as a major asset with PSG often switching between different attacking options.
Since the duo joined the capital club, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe have frequently exchanged movements. A move that has helped the German tactician to dominate on the local scene.
There is also the possibility that Rashford could step up and fill Mbappe's void. Mbappe is attracting strong interest from Real Madrid, and it is a matter of when and not if for the world cup winner to make a dream move to the Spanish giant. Rashford is seen as the top target to replace the enigmatic youngster should he eventually move to Madrid in the future.
Madrid have made it known that Mbappe is their top priority, with manager Zinedine Zidane declaring love and admiration for the young Frenchman.
Former PSG striker Nicolas Anelka has disclosed that should Madrid sign Mbappe, it will be a loss for the league, but he believes Rashford will also be a good direct replacement for the World Cup winner.
